The process was very chaotic and unorganized. I interviewed first with a peer group, which went well. The next set of interviews were with "trusted leaders" of the group. They asked little but tried to coach me on how to approach the interview with the Leader of the group. This was the first red flag to a horrible leader - that people had to be warned about the leader's personality.
In the final interview with the Leader of the group, I could tell that she was an inexperienced leader that did not know the first thing about leading a successful group. Her questions and the structure of the interview showed her lack of knowledge and experience. The needs she listed of her Executive Assistant showed a lack of maturity and a complete "diva" attitude that a truly inspirational leader should not have. The questions asked in the interview were not questions that had anything to do about the job. The questions demanded that a job-seeker genuflect and prove their worth as people -- unrelated to their ability to do the job -- and that's not something good employers require job-seekers to do. I was happy to not have gotten an offer -- as I could tell this organization is about micromanagement and a complete lack of trust.

I applied online, and received an email invitation for a phone screen interview the next day. I passed the phone screen, and was scheduled to interview with a few other people over the course of about 3-4 weeks. The interview process was fair, and pretty seamless. They asked standard questions that related to the skills required for the position. I interviewed with about 4-5 people within the organization that I would be working closely with. I received an offer shortly after my final interview, which took place about 3-4 weeks after I applied.
