J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ExxonMobil (Calgary, AB) en févr. 2025
Entretien
The virtual interview itself went very well—at least, that was my impression. However, after the interview, I was left completely in the dark regarding the status of my application. After two weeks of no updates, I followed up with the hiring manager, who assured me that my interview went great and that I should expect to hear back from recruitment within a week. Three more weeks passed with no communication. I reached out again for a follow-up, only to be met with silence.
At this point, it’s clear I didn’t get the position—which is understandable and not the issue. The real problem lies in the lack of transparency and communication. Being left without any updates for over two months reflects poorly on ExxonMobil’s hiring process. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative impression of the company, and it’s one I won’t forget.

Interview process was fairly straight forward. Interacted with the company at a career fair, recieved an initial over the phone screening interview. Then had an in person interview and recieved an offer a few months later.
