there was a resume based screening at first. then the selected candidates are called for a group discussion followed by an interview. the interview was not strictly technical and answering confidently is what actually matters.

Online Test was easy. Most of the stuff you must have practiced.
GD depends on how well you can present yourself.
Technical was based on core subjects.
