Just one round of behavioural questions. The questions were mostly from my CV and I had to explain what I had written on it. Some other questions regarding my interests were also asked. I was also asked about how I felt I could contribute to the Process Engineering industry.

I applied to a school portal. I was on an overseas exchange program and some company prefer not to interview students that are on exchange program. But ExxonMobil gave me a chance. They conduct the interview through skype call. The interviewers are nice and understanding.
