Applied through the campus recruitment that EM conducted. We were told that there's 2 face-to-face interviews. We will get the job offer if we pass the 2 rounds of interviews. For my first round of interview, 2 engineers from the technical department interviewed me. It lasted for about 30-40 mintues. The questions were rather typical and predictable.

Give me an example of how you can apply the concept from (one of your favorite subject/ module) to the petrochemical industry.
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
