It was cv shortlisting followed by gd and interview. The candidates are shortlist accordingly. Candidates are divided in panels and given topics for gd then after that seperate interviews are carried out

I was interviewed on campus. It went well because it was all behavior questions. Most of the questions were pulled out from my resume. Like my education background and what would fit into the position.
