Entretien
I was brought into the Houston offices. Five interviewers with a variety of experience/functions that asked majority behavioral questions. Overall very conversational, however the questions seemed very scripted and many gave the impression that upward movement was limited. I was put up in a nice hotel and taken out to a great dinner. They placed some emphasis on getting to know me outside of the office and in a more casual setting.

it was a long interview, almost 1.45 minutes. There were 2 interviewers but at the beginning, they spent some time to make you comfortable. They start introducing themselves and invite you to introduce yourself.

First, you do a computer based test including english maths, physchometric and abstract bits, then a panel interview and a senior panel interview, then you do medicals and then an offer

4 peoole interview you, 2 outside of tge department abd 2 from the department. Very straight forward questions about behaviour and technical background. In general it was great interview. Just need to be prepared for complex few technical questions
