Pretty unprofessional. A recruiter reached out to me for the role on LinkedIn and gave me her contact information to speak to her. I told her I was interested and I took the initiative to set a time to speak after she asked for my number...then when the time came she never called. I waited awhile and finally decided to call and leave a voicemail.. never heard back.
