The initial interview went well, but then I spoke with the next level vetting process person and while she was rude and spoke over me, she noted that she would pass along my paper work to the client, and would reach back out to me regarding next steps. Well, it's been at least two months and I've yet to hear back. It's completely acceptable to move in another direction when reviewing candidates for a role, but what's not acceptable is to leave the candidate hanging without closing the loop. Very unprofessional!
