I was referred to this role and got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview. A few days before the interview, I got an automated rejection email, so I reached out to the recruiter for clarification. I did not hear back from this recruiter until the day before my interview - so I had prepped for no reason! They basically said it was a mistake to send an email to schedule an interview and that they apologize for their mistake. This is a tough job market, please do not waste people's times.

Completely ghosted by recruiter. Phone screen with a recruiter, first round with Hiring Manager, second round with a peer. Then ghosted. All pre-prepared behavioral interview questions where the interviewer typed your answers. Interviewers were nice.
