poor interview process at Dublin, devoid of any logic: after enquiry with friends working there, got to know that they have senior engineering managers that have zero coding experience & have been in operations role all their life, but have been asked to build "worls class software development teams", not sure if that can be done by hiring managers with no coding background at all .
Opeque process : have to give a test which is a ui front end & written in node js & express & they ask candidates to fix bugs under a certain time limit, even if the candidates have no/zero experience in node js, yoi are not allowed to choose your language as with normal tests, when i enquired about this, they said they dont check the knowledge of language and are just evaluating you on whether you can work with an app/stack that you have not worked in the past, i fixed 2 out of 3 bugs, because the app is all ui, you know you have fixed the bugs when you see changes in ui, dint clear the round & was surprised, asked the hr and they said it was because of the performance in test, but refused to give out any further details.
Thats how good companies get destroyed when you install sub par leadership & they run their own kingdoms sucking up all the resources
