Applied Oct 13, radio silence til Dec 9, had a phone call with a recruiter, radio silence til Jan 25 after a couple of follow up emails from me, then rejection. The recruiter call was pleasant enough but I felt the recruiter was looking for very specific answers to very open ended questions that I happened to not answer correctly.
