We appreciate you sharing your experience with us though we’re sorry to hear your interview process wasn’t what you hoped it would be. We do find it best practice to provide up front details about the full interview process prior to determining whether a candidate will eventually move through all stages. However with a recent influx of interest from candidates and therefore more folks in process at any given moment, we recognize that there have been more instances of misunderstanding or miscommunication. We are working to improve our internal training, extend hiring resources, and further educate hiring managers to bring the Etsy experience you’d expected.
