Interviewer was late, eventually phoned. Explained the recruiter hadn't attached the zoom link which I then had to forward to him. Head of the team then asked me questions for 45 minutes, was polite but I sensed I didn't have his full attention.

I talked to a recruiter, then someone who seemed to vet the rest of the process, then a battery of 3-4 interviews from other people on or adjacent to the team I'd be joining.

The questions were generally around my philosophy of quality testing, my management style, how I dealt with difficult situations. That'd be okay, but it seemed like literally every group had the same script and asked the same questions. It was very repetitive.

Connected with recruiter who set up time with Director and Lead who were both late.
Lead had questions around dealing with difficult team mates, stakeholder management. Director was unable to answer what kpi's the team is measured by, indicated the need for someone who is adaptable and pragmatic. There was an incorrect insinuation that I wouldn't know how changing a movement feature would impact gameplay and that I would be responsible for calling shots like that. When the assumption came out I knew then that both had made already made assumptions and were tuning out the rest of my interest in the game, team, etc. It was indicated multiple times that working at epic is 'hectic', there are processes lacking.
