I interviewed for a Support Engineer position at Enhesa, and the process consisted of three rounds:
1️⃣ HR Round:
General discussion about my experience and how it aligns with the role.
Common HR questions about career goals and expectations.
2️⃣ Technical Round (Support Manager & Developer):
Focused on past experience and challenges faced in previous jobs.
A mix of technical and problem-solving questions.
Overall, the interview was good and the interviewers were friendly.
3️⃣ Final Round (Product Owner & Support Team Member):
This round felt average and not as friendly as the second round.
More focused on role expectations, learning ability, and stakeholder management.
