Habing been with Enhesa quite some years now, I can say that Enhesa offers a dynamic and ambitious work environment with a strong emphasis on employee well-being. One of the standout aspects has been the exceptional addition of our CHRO, Beatriz. Her genuine care for people has elevated the HR function to a core pillar of the company’s success. Their initiatives around flexible work, mental health support, and transparent communication created a culture of trust and inclusion that I deeply appreciated. I originally thought I might only stay a couple of year but here I still am and looking forward to the future.
