The interview was the traditional interview with basic questions about your strengths and weaknesses. The manager was extremely informative and took the time to share information about the company, unit and growth within the company.

Very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable with talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt as though I am a match for the position.

Entretien
One person interview. Very straight forward, it was over zoom. no clinical questions asked. For the New grad float pool. Woman was very kind. Questions were straightforward and easy for me.
I had an in-person interview with the unit manager, which took approximately 45 minutes in total. It covered my background, skills, strength and weakness, clinical experience, teamwork, and interest in transitioning departments.
