Very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable with talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt as though I am a match for the position.

I had an in-person interview with the unit manager, which took approximately 45 minutes in total. It covered my background, skills, strength and weakness, clinical experience, teamwork, and interest in transitioning departments.
