Interview asked the same rediculous question "What would you sayis your biggest weakness?". How does anyone truly answer that? Another goodone : "Have you ever made an error in caring for a patient?".
Overall, the process wasn't too bad.

Very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable with talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt as though I am a match for the position.

One person interview. Very straight forward, it was over zoom. no clinical questions asked. For the New grad float pool. Woman was very kind. Questions were straightforward and easy for me.
I had an in-person interview with the unit manager, which took approximately 45 minutes in total. It covered my background, skills, strength and weakness, clinical experience, teamwork, and interest in transitioning departments.
