The first step is an initial questionnaire. The best one is an online interview with a general manager. They ask about your professional carreer, ambicions and test your ideas for the job position.

Weird question about what would I do if I didn’t have to work.
The process was long but very straightforward - HR was responsive and provided timelines in every step of the way. It's generally 3 interviews + 1 test, with each interviewer allocating the 2nd part for a brain teaser.
