The process is so irritating because they mail you from a generic email ID and no one replies to you. They treat it as they are doing a BIG favour by scheduling this interview. No wonder they have a high employee turnover. Very bad management and worse communication

They told me to take an extremely difficult 12-minute IQ test with 50 questions before calling me for an interview. I think it's ridiculous that they select people using a test like this (they don't even give them enough time to respond) as if that defined a worker's ability. Basically the CV is useless.
20-minute online interview scheduled easily (they give you flexibility to choose a day and time). I was asked to talk about myself and then asked some position-specific questions (related to marketing).

Primero hacen una prueba cognitiva que consiste en responder 50 preguntas en 12 minutos. Si la pasas, entonces te llaman para una entrevista por videollamada de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Considero que iban un poco rápido y no daba tiempo apresentarse correctamente.
