They were visiting my college's Career Fair. Although I didn't visit their booth, I applied on Handshake and then received a call to come in for an interview. The interview was then a 20-30-minute interview and heard back about a month later.

One short (approximately 30 minute) behavioral / describe previous experience and why Eastman Interview. Met through uni career fair. Received follow up email within a few days and offer letter a few more days after.
