Went through 2 rounds of interviews. First round, interviewed with 2 representatives from the company. Second round was brought on-site and interviewed with 4 representatives from the company. Questions were mostly standard behavioral questions with some conversation mixed it. You could tell Eastman valued cultural fit as well as ability to perform the job through their interview styles.
