Process began with a five minute phone call from HR Recruiter. About a week later came a 30 minute phone interview talking about work history etc verifying I was a relevant candidate. Next step was an on-site interview with two panels. The first panel consisted of managers and the second was technical personnel. Questions were open ended and felt more like a discussion. Not many STAR based questions, except "tell us about the most challenging project". Process took about a month from first phone interview with HR to call back after final interview.
