Entretien
Went to a career fair at my college and was recruited for a phone interview with one of the college recruiting representatives. After the phone interview I was asked to come on-site for an interview. The interview consisted of a tour of the area, a couple meals, a panel interview, and some general information about Eastman. After the panel interview I met one of the HR staff who explained the hiring process and let me know when/if they would contact me with a decision.

Screening round, Telephonic, Interview , written test and it was sub like sql js nodejs , reactjs project explanation , hr questions , tell about urself and family and if any exp, or how you contribute team, or copmany about,
Phone interview followed by in-person interview with management then technical personnel in the same day. Overall relaxed interview with interviewers focusing more on the personal side vs technical expertise. No technical “gotcha” questions but instead questions inquiring about previous experience.

1)written exam 2)technical interview 3)Manager round first they will conduct exam syllabus is sql,js,html,css after that they will conduct interview for selected candidates. Exam is easy and interview is also easy they will ask about javascript,reactjs,Node js in interview
