I have attended interview with EastMan. The first round is a technical round and as general what I expected is there will be a lot of questions from different technologies and I prepared for them. But when I started my interview the process is completely different. I didn't feel it like an interview, It just like a discussion between us. They start knowing about me how I am capable of doing some work what are the technologies I know and how much I am confident on some technologies, some problem solving skills etc., they have interviewed me for 1 hr and I even didn't think that much of time is passed with our discussion. That is what a perfect interview which explores about a person more. The second round it self is a manager round and there also I feel more comfortable with the manager. The third one is with the US team even that too in the same manner. In all those 3 round of my interview I never feel it like an interview it ia done just like a discussion between us. A perfect interview which I have attended for first time in my career
Screening round, Telephonic, Interview , written test and it was sub like sql js nodejs , reactjs project explanation , hr questions , tell about urself and family and if any exp, or how you contribute team, or copmany about,
Phone interview followed by in-person interview with management then technical personnel in the same day. Overall relaxed interview with interviewers focusing more on the personal side vs technical expertise. No technical “gotcha” questions but instead questions inquiring about previous experience.

1)written exam 2)technical interview 3)Manager round first they will conduct exam syllabus is sql,js,html,css after that they will conduct interview for selected candidates. Exam is easy and interview is also easy they will ask about javascript,reactjs,Node js in interview
