Candidates choice is made upon their academic bakground, Recruitment concern almost new graduates than experienced ones, they phone us, than tow or three rounds of interview are made, the first are technicals tests, the last one is made by the partner and it concern an overall valuation of candidates capacities to live the E&Y values.

Interview went very well, hiring manger is very friendly while going to interview be prepare basic auditing questions . like what is auditing, aduit risk , audit opinion etc. only technical questions asked .
