The interview process, particularly the technical screening, felt like it was geared towards underestimating the candidate pool's experience and justifying a lower rank/salary. Entretien
Great but challenging, multi-stage process. Online assessment, face to face interview, assessment day with multiple tasks, final interview with a director / partner. The interview isn't difficult and is very friendly, but as it is a long process it can feel difficult. The hardest part is definitely the assessment day, as there is a lot to take in, and you are working with others on the day.
It was a quick process with fast response during pandemic period. Had an interview with 2 managers on the call and they mostle asked basic questions as it was an entry level job.
