This was back in 2013 there were 4 rounds of interviews. First one was an HR interview which was a basic communication and behavior diagnosis followed by an interview with a Senior where you are tested on accounting concepts and business environment and other economic conditions finally an interview with the manager which is again general and casual

The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
