Video, Group dynamic, speed interviews, partner interview. EY summit takes an entire day. Overall it takes about a month. You can get an offer for any service line which might not be very practical if you want something specific.

I reached out to a recruiting manager and partner about my interest. Received a digital interview within 2 weeks. The conversations were very encouraging and I enjoyed getting to know them, and the interview itself went well in my mind. After the digital interview, however, I never received any word whatsoever - the only email I got was an automated message asking for feedback on how to improve their digital experience. I'm assuming this meant I was rejected, but human confirmation would have been more appropriate.

The first-round interview was rather comprehensive - first a personal interview, and then a case interview with a manager.

First round digital interview with a second and final round on site interview. Interviewers are very down-to-earth and easy to have a good conversation with. All together very positive interview experience.
