It was part of the university engagement programme they had. Five interviewees to three interviewer, in a controlled environment to fit university setting, so possibly not as accurate or rigor compared to actual interview. Everything we did was basically being taken into account, from body language when you're being asked the question or other people was, to your response and how you used your hands in responding.
