The interview process was smooth. First, the telephone interview from HR department; which was successful. Then a video interview with the Head and other members of the board where questions were being asked from each one of them

What skills have I acquired that I will be able to add value to the company?
First there was HR vetting then meeting with line manager and another team member. This took about three weeks in total. Then I heard I was unsuccessful. But I was given valuable feedback.
