Process was very fast, applied online, spoke to the recruiter and had technical phone interview within 24 hours. A half day on-site two days later. My schedule was really busy at my current job and they were flexible to let me start later in the afternoon. Interview was a programming exercise and design exercise. The recruiter came in to tell me that I was cut after the design exercise. He was very empathetic and gave feedback that made sense. The two engineering interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to. I think that I have the stuff for the job but work a little slower than they want. All in all it was a good experience and I'm sure the hire great engineers.

I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

The whole process was very friendly.
HR provided comfortable and on-time communication and interview arrangements.
Interviewers were professional, basically, but not all of them would like to help during the interviews.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
