1st round: 30 min phone screen with recruiter 2nd round: This is where they lost me. The second round is a case study using expected value done OVER THE PHONE. So unreasonable and unfair to give a candidate a case study verbally over the phone instead of in writing. Something like this has to be more of a take-home assignment or a zoom interview with a word doc with the case study in writing. It's super unreasonable to give somebody a case study on the fly over the phone and expect them to have time to 1, write down the information from the case study and 2, try to solve the problem at the same time. When in the real world would you ever be given a problem like this to solve over the phone instead of in writing? Completely unfair to have this done over a phone call.
