I thoroughly enjoyed my interview process. It was always extremely professional yet friendly and I was made to feel like I could always be my authentic self. There was a homework task to complete after my second interview and present that in my third interview. This homework task was great as it gave me insight what I would be doing if I were to get the job. I believe tasks like this are crucial in interview processes as it eliminates the risk of the job description being different to what the job may actually be. Once the third interview was completed I then interviewed with APAC BDM. They were very quick to let me know if I was successful after my final interview. Keep up the great work!

Entretien
4 rounds. HR, BDR teammate, head of sales, BDR manager. Had an exercise to find three companies of ICP you would cold outreach to and explain to head of sales with a slide presentation. Only a couple of slides. Final round with BDR manager is a mock cold call for general persona, not a specific person. Camera was off during exercise. Strong feedback but no offer.

Entretien
The interview process is intensive and aimed at ensuring that the right candidates are selected to proceed. Whilst in depth and challenging, you are given the guidance and support throughout to give you every chance to succeed.
4 stages:
- initial Introduction and discussion about the role
- Meet one of the existing team members - Language check (if applicable) and to get a feel for the candidate.
- meet with Manager - Presentation exercise.
- Role-play - mock call to check understanding and sales approach is compatible.
