      Avantages

      - autonomy: you manage your time and your tasks as you want as long as the results are there - remuneration: very attractive - tooling: you can choose your hardware and the internal tooling is well rationalized - diversity of the customers cases, sectors and products -

      Inconvénients

      - high and bad internal pressure on the performance - there is no a team spirit, each one works as a mercenary - high internal toxicity because the management is only focused on the revenue, but nobody takes the ownership to solve internal concerns as deal disputing, territory war - you feel alone because of the total distance and the fact that people are spread across several countries - big chasm between the company values shown during the interviews and the reality (caring, integrity, support) - too many big bang changes, no stability in the business model. This affects your work and impacts negatively your relationships with the customers

      Thank you for sharing your experience. We are a 100% remote company which inevitably comes with a massive amount of autonomy. This also means we place strong emphasis on performance impact and outcomes tied to clearly defined and agreed upon strategic goals and objectives. If a Do'er is struggling or feeling like expectations are misaligned in any way, we are always open to having conversations about what the concerns are so we can better understand, collaborate to overcome obstacles, ensure needed support is in place, or align on better action plans.       Avantages

      L'avantage est que nous sommes des personnes expérimentées, responsables et professionnelles. On sait ce qu'on a à faire, on sait quand et à qui demander de l'aide. Résultat: le management nous fait confiance.

      Inconvénients

      Le télétravail à 100% peut parfois être difficile à gérer, cependant il faut trouver des mécanismes et mettre en place des pratiques qui permettent de casser le cercle vicieux qui peut se mettre en place si on ne fait rien - ce qui veut dire qu'il faut beaucoup d'autodiscipline et de volonté.

      La confiance, la liberté d’action, les responsabilités, le management.

      Inconvénients

      Le 100% télétravail peut parfois être pesant… même si c’est un choix assumé alors il faut trouver des moyens de se voir entre collègues de temps en temps.
