Entretien
Grad program interview, in the form of a virtual assesment centre. Group task (3 people including myself) followed by partner interview. Overall experience was decent, though the group nature of the task was awkward.
First interview is with HR, pretty standard, no issues. Second interview was a group case study supervised by a manager and the final interview was with a partner technical + fit.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds.
1 - aptitude test (logical reasoning, quants and verbal)
2- basic resume interview round
3 - HR round
Interviews were all very polite and nice

razonamiento logico,matematico y cuadrar un balance y p&l a partir de unos asientos contables y reflejar tambien los asientos+ dinamica de grupo con otros candidatos+entrevista tecnica con manager.
