It was conducted online and they asked questions to gauge what kind of person you and how interested you are in the field of work. The process was less daunting because of how friendly the employees were. I was interviewed in grade 12 and got my offer to be a trainee in that year.

First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
