The interview process was very detailed as there were three stages which tests you and your knowledge, therefore alot of preparation require 1. Application & Screening

### **3. Case Study or Assessment (For Certain Roles)**
- Some positions require a **case study interview**, where candidates analyze a business problem and present solutions.
- Others may involve **psychometric or skills-based tests** to evaluate analytical thinking and decision-making.
### **4. Final Interview (Partner/Director Level)**
- A **face-to-face or virtual meeting** with a senior leader.
- Focuses on **strategic thinking, leadership potential, and Deloitte’s culture fit**.

### **5. Offer & Onboarding**
- Successful candidates receive a **verbal offer**, followed by a **formal contract**.
