The interview process consisted of three stages. The first and second stage took around two weeks. However, the third stage took longer, around one month. The level of the interview was very relaxed, which made the candidate feel comfortable and respected in terms of speaking time. I was especially impressed with the technical interview, as the interviewer conducted it smoothly, making it easy to respond to technical questions in a calm manner. They answered all of my questions clearly and directly.
