I applied online for a role and received an email from HR to schedule an initial screening. The interview with HR went well, at certain times I wasn't sure my background fit what they wanted (no background in consulting) and she referenced this in the conversation. They didn't have anything currently fitting my background as it was their year-end and they also had a 'class' or new graduates and MBAs coming in and I had minimal consulting experience which they strongly prefer for the level I was interviewing for. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and the HR lady gave me a good idea of what to expect.
