I am applying as a fresh graduate for Deloitte Consulting. Keep in mind that consulting at Deloitte is different from Deloitte Malaysia that is more known for tax, audit, and similar services. My interview experience is around early-middle 2024. 1st - Online Assessment: This will mostly test your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java. You might also get a call from the talent acquisition team. 2nd - Technical Interview: You could interview with a senior manager, manager, or senior consultant. The questions won’t be the same every time, so be ready for anything. They may ask about your Java knowledge, personal projects, or your final year project (FYP). The main thing is to show that you understand what you're talking about and see your problem solving skills. 3rd - Director Interview: This interview won’t focus on technical skills. It’s more about getting to know you. You’ll be asked regular interview questions. Be confident and just be yourself. If you reach this stage, your chances of getting an offer are high (but not guaranteed). Don’t get your hopes too high – if it’s meant for you, it will come to you.

There was a more so personal approach to the questions being asked. You need to be able to cater your answers to the person talking to you would be. It’s more so about how you talk and present the information.
