The first interview is a quick 30-minute chat with a recruiter over Zoom. It is very high-level primarily asking about your experience and why you think your a good fit. The questions are very bland, which is what makes it difficult.

The interview consisted of 3 one hour interviews with different people. Each interviewer had different questions and was not at all a repetitious exercise. The interviews were seemingly quite transparent with a good sense of wanting to know about me rather than catch me out. The only fault with the process was that from being offered an interview it took over two months to actually do the interview. However this was apologized for during the interview and explained this shouldn't happen.
