The interviewer clearly said they were looking for someone with experience of 5-6 years in the domain. My question was if you could clearly see on my resume that I've about 2-3 years of experience in that domain, then why did you shortlist my resume and invite me for an interview?
Isn't a candidate's time and money spent in transit important? Or just Deloitte showing numbers in their hiring process is important?!
Such inhumane behaviour was never expected from a Big 4. Never interview here again. There are better product based company out there instead of this consulting firm.
