Interview with Manager and Senior. They generally assessed my personal characteristics: was I active at the university? They asked me to tell them about myself. From accounting, the main thing was that I knew the basic things. Moreover, I studied at the university, where subjects were taught in English.

Are you generally stress-resistant? 3 times asked this question during the interview
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager

Entretien
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
