Entretien
The interview process began with a meet and greet the night before the interviews; you had time to mingle with the managers & staff. The next day was the interviews; there was an initial screening, then the interviews began. Two separate interviewers went through a long series of behavioral questioning, alot of which seemed to be repeat questions.

Tell us about a time you had to work with a team. Tell us about a time you failed, how did you deal with it? Tell us about a time you have been a leader.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
