Firstly I applied online, then was asked to give an online test. It was easy. I got my results and then was called for an in-person experience at Deloitte. That was great too. Then I was short listed to interview. The interview genuinely went really well, yet, they didn’t take me because they felt I was overqualified. Lol! They took a former Deputy Manager in the graduate program and didn’t find him overqualified!

It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.

Sélection du CV → entretien téléphonique → business case en groupe sur site → appel avec les ambassadeurs des équipes intéressées → journée comprenant trois entretiens (RH, technique/manager et partner).
