Job simulation. Video, written, and multiple choice questions. Video questions seem unfamiliar so do practice talking to a camera using standard interview questions. `The other types of question are more case study based.

Introduce yourself. Write an email to the team. Select how you would react in a certain situation.
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
