Very smooth. I applied online through their website for the tad arabia program which is a summer internship program that runs through Deloitte offices in the middle east and is meant for arabic speakers.

What makes you stand out from other candidates?
where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
do you plan on pursuing a charter qualification?
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
