Entretien
It was a long interview process just like all of the big four. Online assessment and job simulations followed by a final interview rather than an assessment day. The interviewer was really nice and it felt more like a conversation than them just grilling you!

The role is very intense with having to balance work and study. How well will you cope with this? Give examples.
What will you bring to the team?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
